Thril and the Finnish Golf Union have signed an API agreement. As a result of the agreement, golf courses and clubs can now manage their operations through Thril. The partnership supports the development of a year-round golf ecosystem and promotes a sport-agnostic community.
Through Thril, golf courses can now fully manage customer relationships, bookings, events, and competitions. Thril’s vision is to build a sport-agnostic community, and this agreement represents a significant step toward realizing that vision.
“Golf already plays a strong role within Thril, as our system is used by numerous golf simulator centers and studios. This agreement enables full-scale management of golf courses and clubs through our platform as well”, says Martti Maaniemi, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Thril.
“Our goal is to support the development of a year-round golf ecosystem, one where players can find everything they need in a single place, and to help grow the golf community as a whole”, he continues.
Maaniemi also points out that as new participants discover golf, the barrier to entry for the sport is lowered.

Thril aims to bring new, agile solutions to golf courses. The latest feature released on the platform is tournaments and leagues. With this functionality, golf courses and clubs can organize competitions directly within Thril – eliminating the need for multiple separate systems.
A Sport-Agnostic Community for Businesses, Clubs, and Players
From the very beginning, Thril has been built around the idea of sport-agnosticism. For golfers, this enables year-round training: summer rounds on outdoor courses and winter simulator or indoor training sessions can all be booked through the same platform.
