What does Thril's club management include?
Thril has everything you need to run a golf club, from tee time booking and competition management to customer data and marketing. You can also handle payments, pro shop sales, invoicing and customer communication through Thril, and follow comprehensive analytics. Thril also offers its own POS system that talks directly to the booking and customer management system.
Does Thril integrate with the Finnish Golf Union?
Yes. Thril has an integration with the Finnish Golf Union, so handicap data and membership registers show up in Thril automatically.
Can I move my existing customer data and memberships to Thril?
Yes. When you switch to Thril from your old system, we migrate your existing customer data, such as memberships, contact details and existing bookings, from the old system to the new one.
How does tee time booking work in Thril?
The player picks a day and a time and adds their playing partners to the group. Payment can be made right away in the app or on site at the club. The club sets its own booking terms, advance booking windows, cancellation terms, group limits and, for example, pricing. You can also block the course for a competition or maintenance. Everything is customisable.
Can I run competitions in Thril?
Yes. You can run competitions through Thril. You manage registration, payments, tee time allocation, live results and communication tools. Thril supports all the most popular competition formats. Competitions show up automatically in the Thril app for every player in the area, so you can also find guest players without separate marketing.
Does Thril work for both a course and simulators?
Yes. Thril works for any sport, so you can manage courses and simulators alike. More than 40 golf simulators in Finland and Estonia already run on Thril. And if you get inspired, you can offer other sports too: the platform already supports dozens of them!
Can I run coaching or courses through Thril?
Yes. Thril makes it easy to run coaching and courses. You can offer private lessons, green card courses and group lessons, for example – the only limit is your imagination.
Can golf cart bookings be handled through Thril?
Yes. You can make your golf carts bookable in Thril.
Can I handle payments through Thril?
Yes. Online payments and invoicing tools are built into Thril. We support all the most common payment methods as well as employee benefit providers such as Epassi, Wolt Benefits, Edenred and Zevoy.
Does Thril support Epassi, Edenred or other sports benefits?
Yes. Customers can pay with sports benefits such as Epassi, Wolt Benefits, Zevoy and Edenred directly in the app. Accepting benefit payments takes no extra admin work from the operator.
Can Thril connect to my accounting?
Yes. Thril integrates with Netvisor, where invoices and sales data can be sent directly for financial management. This cuts manual reconciliation and keeps your books up to date automatically.
Does Thril offer a POS system?
Yes. With Thril's own POS, you can accept payments on site at your club. Thril's POS works seamlessly with the booking system, making management easier and reducing the number of systems you need. It automatically recognises all of your customer's existing bookings, discounts, memberships and punch cards, among other things. Of course, the POS comes with comprehensive tools for sales analytics, reporting and inventory management.
Are there extra fees for onboarding?
No. Onboarding is free. We guide you until you're up to speed with Thril. We help with the system setup, train your team to use Thril and share best practices from the start. We're with you every step of the way. At best, Thril has been up and running in two hours.
How long does onboarding take?
How long onboarding takes depends on the size of your venue. We guide and help you through every step. At best, Thril has been up and running in two hours.
Can I use Thril across several clubs or simulators?
Yes. Thril is built to scale from a single venue to managing many. You can manage all your courses and simulators from one account and adjust settings per location.
Can I use AI in Thril?
Yes. Thril's own AI assistant Inno helps you with daily tasks right inside the Thril portal. Thril's open API also lets you use third-party AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT alongside Thril.
How much does Thril cost?
Thril offers two fixed-price packages and one customised package. The fixed-price packages include a monthly fee and commission: Core (€109 + 2.80%) and Momentum (€129 + 3.00%). All packages are available on a monthly or annual subscription. No hidden fees and no setup fee. For more details, see our pricing page.
