Forms for memberships
Collect all the information right from the moment of joining. New member details can now be gathered straight away without phone calls or an on-site visit. With a form attached to the membership, the customer can fill it in when purchasing.
The form is built in settings from short and long text fields, numbers, checkboxes and multiple choice options, and can be added to any membership. Required questions make sure you get the necessary information saved. You can also use the form to set a condition for purchasing the membership, such as having completed a beginner course.
Answers are saved to the member's details, so they're right there whenever you need to serve the member.
Now the information arrives with the member and joining is easy without any phone calls or messages!
