What is Thril?
Thril is a management system for sports venues and facilities. With Thril, you can manage bookings, payments, memberships, marketing, communication, and reporting all in one system. Thril is sports-agnostic, making it suitable for padel and tennis centers, football halls, climbing centers, gyms, and everything in between.
Who is Thril for?
Thril is designed for both private and public sports facility operators who need a booking and membership management system. Thril is for anyone looking to reduce manual work in their daily operations, streamline their processes, increase visibility, and provide a better experience for their customers. Thril works for both individual courts and networks of multiple locations. The system scales with your operations.
How is Thril different from other systems?
Thril has a built-in booking system and CRM. The system supports both individual and recurring bookings, email marketing, communication tools, payment splitting, and organizing events, coaching, and courses. Additionally, Thril's AI and automation features simplify your management tasks, making it a pioneer in the industry.
Can I organize coaching sessions through Thril?
Yes. As a coach, you can use Thril to sell coaching sessions and courses. You can easily select a location for your coaching sessions and set your availability in the portal.
Can I organize an event or tournament through Thril?
Yes. Through Thril, a sports facility or club can organize its own tournament, event, or league. You will manage registrations, payments, team allocations, results services, and communication tools. Events and tournaments automatically appear in the Thril app for all local players, allowing you to fill spots faster without separate marketing.
Can I handle payments through Thril?
Yes. Thril integrates online payments and invoicing tools. We support all common payment methods as well as employee benefit providers such as Epassi, Wolt Benefits, Edenred, and Zevoy.
Does Thril support Epassi, Edenred, or other sports benefits?
Yes. Customers can pay with sports benefits such as Epassi, Wolt Benefits, Zevoy, and Edenred directly in the app. Receiving sports benefit payments from the entrepreneur does not require additional management work.
How much does Thril cost?
Thril offers two fixed-price packages and one customized package. The fixed-price packages include a monthly fee and commission: Core (€109 + 2.80%) and Momentum (€129 + 3.00%). All packages are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. There are no hidden fees or setup costs. For more details, see our pricing page.
Can Thril control the lighting and access control of the sports facility?
Yes. Thril integrates directly with the most common lighting and access control systems, such as QT Systems, iLOQ, Pindora, Fisafe, Megaflex, and Rollock. Additionally, Thril offers its own products: Thrilight for lighting management and Thrilock for access management.
Can Thril be integrated with accounting?
Yes. Thril integrates with Netvisor, where invoices and sales data can be sent directly for financial management. This reduces manual reconciliation work and keeps your accounting up to date automatically.
Does Thril offer a POS?
Yes. With Thril's own POS, you can accept payments on-site at your facility. Thril's cash register system seamlessly communicates with the booking system, making management easier and reducing the number of systems needed. It automatically recognizes all existing bookings, discounts, memberships, and punch cards for your customers. Of course, the cash register comes with comprehensive tools for sales analytics, reporting, and inventory management.
Can I transfer my current customer data and memberships to Thril?
Yes. When you want to move from an old system to Thril, we will transfer existing customer data, such as memberships, punch cards, recurring bookings, and reservations from the old system to the new one.
Are there additional fees for the setup?
No. The setup is free. We will guide you until you are up and running with Thril. We assist with system settings, train your team on how to use Thril, and share best practices from the start. We are involved in every step. At best, Thril can be set up in two hours.
How long does it take to set up Thril?
The duration of the setup depends on the size of your location, the number of changes brought by the transition, and the target timeline. We guide and assist in all phases of the setup. At best, Thril can be set up in two hours, but typically the setup takes one to two weeks.
Will I receive support from Thril after the setup? Does it cost extra?
At Thril, we want to ensure that your business operates as smoothly as possible with Thril. After the setup, you will be assigned a dedicated contact person who will assist you with any questions related to Thril. There are no additional costs for this; it is included in the package!
Can I use Thril at multiple locations?
Yes. Thril is designed to scale from a single location to managing multiple locations. You can manage all your locations through one account and customize settings for each location.
Can I utilize AI in Thril?
Yes. Thril's own AI assistant, Inno, helps you perform daily tasks directly within the Thril portal. Additionally, with Thril's open API, you can also utilize third-party AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, alongside Thril.
Is Thril available in my country?
Thril currently operates in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden. We are actively expanding to other regions, so contact us for more information.
