Every October release
- LaunchForms for membershipsCollect all the information right from the moment of joining. New member details can now be gathered straight away without phone calls or an on-site visit. With a form attached to the membership, the customer can fill it in when purchasing.
- LaunchGrow your customer list with a welcome reward Invite customers to join your customer list without them needing to make a booking first. A player is more likely to become a customer when joining is worth their while!
- LaunchPersonalized messages Marketing emails can now address every customer by their own name.
- LaunchNotify about available slots An empty slot now speaks for itself. With push notifications, you can offer empty slots or cancelled times directly to potential customers. A late cancellation goes live straight away, and unsold time is nudged out up to four times a day.
- LaunchResults and match historyPlayers in regular tennis, padel or badminton bookings can now record their match results in Thril and follow their own game history from their profile.
- LaunchSave events as templatesEvents and tournaments can now be saved as templates. Build it once, use it as many times as you want.
- LaunchIntroduce your teamShowcase your instructors and coaches in your profile! At the same time, you make it easier for customers to find the right coach for them.
- LaunchThril API The field is open to new players - you can now connect Thril to your own systems. The Thril API brings your venue's data, bookings and customers into any system.
