What’s new?

Organising events and tournaments just got easier!

You can now create an event by dragging across empty time in the event calendar, with the start and end time filling in automatically. Events and tournaments can be saved as templates and organised into folders. Tournaments are also now created on a redesigned, improved page.

Edit selected events at once: price, participant limits, waitlist, instructors, categories and visibility all update across every event with a single save. Event series can be searched by name and filtered by sport, day of the week, instructor and more. And going forward, joining the waitlist for a full event can require payment or a punch card.

Sort the whole season’s events at once

Price changing in January? Select the spring events from the list and update the price across all of them at once. Past and cancelled events stay unchanged.

Monthly tournament from a template

Brackets, format and pricing are now built just once. Next time, you pick the template and the date.

A waitlist with people who actually show up

When joining the waitlist requires payment, the people in the queue are the ones who actually intend to come. If a spot doesn’t open up, the customer gets a full refund with no return fee.
