AI assistant Inno

Inno is Thril’s new AI assistant that knows your venue inside and out. Inno is always ready to help with everyday tasks inside Thril.

Inno reads bookings, customer lists, payments, products and events directly from Thril. Ask for example “how does last month’s sales compare to the previous one?” and you’ll get the answer in numbers within seconds.

And of course, Inno also creates drafts. Ask Inno for a course, event, league, punch card, customer list, campaign code or an email to customers. You get drafts from Inno to confirm and publish.

Inno’s Playbook

Every day, Inno goes through your venue’s data and collects ideas into the Playbook along with their estimated impact. The Implement button puts an idea into practice, and the Daily overview tells you what Inno noticed!
