Reviews

Now your customers can leave a star rating and a written comment based on their experience at your venue.

The average rating, number of reviews and comments are shown on your venue’s page in the Thril app and online. This makes it easy to show what your customers think!

A review can only be left by a customer whose booking has been completed, so every review comes from someone with real experience of your service. If you want, customers can also rate a coach or instructor after a class or coaching session they have led. Each staff member’s profile then shows their own personal average rating.

You can see every review, comment and reviewer on the Reviews page under the Marketing menu. From the customer’s details you can see their booking alongside the review, and you can reply to them in chat.

You can enable reviews under Venue settings in the Customer reviews section!
