Capacity reservations

A resource in Thril can now be given a capacity. Set a spot count for the resource and customers book spots until they run out. If you prefer, the customer simply selects an arrival time and stays for as long as they want.

Capacity reservations

Capacity booking means that a space can accommodate as many bookers at a given time as there are spots — so one booking doesn’t mean the entire space or resource is taken. The feature works for everything from gyms to climbing halls.

A customer can book one or more spots at a time, for example for themselves and their friends. The booker can see the number of available spots in the Thril app and online, and chooses how many spots to take. Price, punch card uses and membership uses are calculated per spot.

You can limit how many spots can be taken in a single booking and how many bookings the same customer can have at the same time.

No overbooking occurs even if several people try to book the last spot simultaneously.
