Open reservations created by the venue
With open bookings created by the venue, you bring players and enthusiasts together and activate customers who might not yet have anyone to train with!

A venue can now publish open bookings itself. An open booking is a slot that customers join in the Thril app or on Thril’s website. When there are enough participants, the booking is confirmed and the price is split equally among those who joined. If there aren’t enough participants by the deadline, the slot is released and nobody is charged.
When creating a new booking, select Open booking as the booking type. Give the slot a name and description so participants can see the level and content.
The venue acts as the organiser and doesn’t take up a spot, so no staff member needs to participate or pay a share.
You can invite customers to the slot straight away or later from the booking details. The invited participant receives a push notification and accepts the invite in the app. Published as a recurring open booking, you can publish an entire weekly series at once — for example every Tuesday evening for a month. A pending open booking appears in the calendar as a green card.
From the open booking details you can see the participants who have joined, the minimum number required, the share payable per participant and the deadline for joining.
In settings you decide whether your customers can create open bookings themselves or whether only the venue publishes them.
This way you can easily create, for example, a regular slot for a specific level group or a slot for players who want to find new people to play with.
