Personalized messages
Marketing emails can now address every customer by their own name.
From the personalisation button in the editor, you can add first name, last name, full name, customer number or venue name to the text. The same details work seamlessly in the subject line and preview text too. A fallback word can be set for each field in case the information is missing, so nobody receives a message that starts with a blank space.
The preview shows the message exactly as the customer will receive it.

A mass message is recognised as a mass message from the first line. Fewer people open it, and even fewer react to it.
