Save events as templates
Events and tournaments can now be saved as templates. Build it once, use it as many times as you want.
Saved event and tournament templates remember the settings, resources, pricing and cover image. Tournament templates also store brackets, format, rules and participant limits. The date, time and participants are chosen fresh each time — everything else is ready to go.
When creating a new event or tournament, you select a template first and the form fills itself in. Everything can still be edited before publishing.
In practice
Thursday's americano, a morning open slot or a camp day comes together in seconds. The price and courts are always correct.
A monthly tournament's brackets, format and rules are built once. Next time, you just pick the date.
As templates accumulate, folders keep adult, junior and corporate event templates separate. Search finds the right one by name straight away.
Now a recurring event is built just once. A good game is worth playing again!
