Courses

Build courses with their groups and schedules in one place: split a course into groups, assign instructors to each group, collect registrations and manage participants from start to finish. You choose the payment model, either the whole course upfront or per attendance. Registration can include a form that collects the necessary background information before the first class. If a participant can't make their own class, the session isn't wasted: they can attend a replacement class in another group of the course. Course classes show in the calendar alongside other bookings, so the full picture of facilities and instructors stays up to date at all times. The same course can also be shared across multiple venues, so one course serves the whole company.
