Debt collection integrations

With the debt collection integration, the venue hands invoices to its collection partner directly from Thril, and the partner takes care of delivery, reminders and collection. Invoices go out individually or all at once, and unpaid membership periods can be transferred automatically. The invoice status updates in Thril on its own, and the partner's documents can be downloaded. The first supported partner is Amili, with more systems on the way.
