Product inventory keeps the pro shop's stock levels up to date without separate inventory software. Each product variant gets stock tracking, an SKU, an EAN code and a low-stock alert, so products running low surface in time. Incoming deliveries are logged as batches with their purchase prices, and sales reduce stock automatically. Stocktaking is done with a counting list, and discrepancies are corrected with a single approval. Every change leaves a transaction record, so stock history and product margins can be verified afterwards.
