You define the duration options with their own prices, the booking window and the cancellation deadline. The customer picks their preferred instructor or the first available time, and the system checks the instructor's calendar and the required space at the same time, so only times that will actually work show as available. Payment happens right at booking, employee benefits included. The customer can add a note about what they want to practice, and staff have their own internal notes field. Recurring lessons are booked as a series, and confirmations, changes and cancellations go out automatically to both the customer and the instructor.
