Customers can cancel a booking or registration themselves in the app. Cancelling works up to the cancellation deadline.

The deadline and the venue's other cancellation terms are visible at the time of purchase. Refunds happen automatically. The customer chooses whether the amount is returned as balance or to the original payment method. A visit paid with a series card returns to the card. Instead of cancelling, the spot can also be put up for sale. The venue can cancel any booking, and the freed time is immediately available for others to book.
