Customers rate the venue and the instructor with stars, and with words if they like. A review can only be left after a visit and only by someone who was actually there: the booker and their companions, class participants and coaching clients. Reviews accumulate one per reviewer, not one per visit. The public average is published only at the fifth review, so a single opinion doesn't define the number. You see every review with a name and can report an inappropriate one to Thril. Reviews cannot be edited or deleted, though. That's why the stars can be trusted.
