Launch Month is here — here are the first 7 features
Thril's Launch Month has kicked off with a bang and the first week has brought seven brand new features. Here's a roundup of what's new in Thril.
NewsThril's Launch Month has started, and in the first week we released seven brand new features: Open API, coach profiles, event templates, casual matches, push notifications for available slots, personalisation tokens for emails and a credit reward for customers joining the customer list.
During Launch Month — October — we're releasing a new feature in Thril every day. The first week has brought businesses tools to simplify everyday operations and fill slots, and given players and coaches new ways to find each other.
Less work, more connections
Open API
The Open API is now available to all Thril customers. It allows the booking system to be connected to your own or third-party systems when ready-made integrations aren't enough.
Saving an event as a template
When a tournament or course is organised again, there's no need to fill in the details from scratch. Created from a template, an event is ready in just a few clicks.
Fill courts and slots day after day
Push notifications for available slots
Push notifications automatically alert suitable players when a slot or time that works for them becomes available. A cancelled booking no longer means an empty slot if someone is already ready to snap it up.
Valuable rewards for joining the customer list
Sports venues can now offer credit rewards to customers who join their customer list. A new customer joining the list receives credits, giving them a concrete reason to sign up — and your list grows faster. You can also request marketing consent at the same time, growing your marketing list too.
A richer sports experience
Coach profiles
Coach profiles give instructors and coaches their own place in Thril, where players can find them and everything they offer. Showcase your instructors and coaches and quickly show customers their open courses, upcoming classes and other services.
Casual matches and match history
This feature enables score tracking and match history. Tennis, padel and badminton results can now be recorded during a regular booking. At the same time, match history and results are saved to the player's profile. This way you can follow your own and your friends' match history, making the game a little more social.
Launch Month is just getting started
Only the first week is behind us, so there are plenty more new features to come. Try the new features in the portal or book a demo if you want to see how they fit your venue.
