Credits
Credits are a venue-specific payment method on the customer's account.

Credits are a venue-specific payment method on the customer's account. Balance builds up in four ways: staff add or refund credits, a cancelled payment is returned as credits, a gift card is redeemed into balance, or the customer buys a credit product from the web shop. At checkout the balance is always used first and the remainder is charged with another payment method. Credits are valid for bookings, classes, service bookings, and shop products, either at a single venue or across all of the company's venues, depending on how the balance was granted. Batches can be given an expiry, and the balance closest to expiring is always spent first. Customers see their balance and history in the app, and the venue sees the same in the customer view.

Tokens
Tokens are Thril's own balance, not tied to any single venue. Customers use them to pay for anything in the app, whether it's a booking, a class, a league fee, a golf tee time, a service booking, or a shop product, at any Thril venue.

Employee benefits
Customers pay for a booking, class or membership with their employer benefit directly in the app and on the web, with no receipts to send afterwards.

Payments page
The Payments page brings every payment at the venue into one list regardless of source, whether it came from the web, the app, the till or an invoice.
