Tokens are Thril's own balance, not tied to any single venue. Customers use them to pay for anything in the app, whether it's a booking, a class, a league fee, a golf tee time, a service booking, or a shop product, at any Thril venue.

Customers use them to pay for anything in the app, whether it's a booking, a class, a league fee, a golf tee time, a service booking, or a shop product, at any Thril venue. Tokens are applied first at checkout and the remainder is charged to the card, so the customer never has to do the math. Balance and usage history are visible in the app, and refunds come back as tokens. For the venue, a token is a normal payment: Thril settles it as money just like a card payment, so revenue never gets stuck as balance.
